Apostille
Apostille & Authentication Services
Documents intended for use outside the United States often require an apostille or authentication certificate. Ink Bridge Group coordinates the notarization, preparation, and submission of those documents so the process moves forward accurately and on schedule.
Overview
Documents Commonly Requiring an Apostille
Requirements vary by country and by receiving institution. We confirm what is needed before any document is submitted.
- Powers of attorney and affidavits
- Corporate and business records
- Diplomas, transcripts, and academic records
- Adoption and immigration-related documents
- Single status and marital affidavits
- Copies of vital records obtained from the issuing agency
Please Note
Ink Bridge Group is an apostille facilitator. We do not issue apostilles; they are issued by the Wisconsin Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State.
Processing times, state and federal filing fees, and courier costs are determined by the issuing agency and are quoted before work begins. Apostille service starts at $175 plus applicable agency and shipping fees.
We do not provide legal advice or determine which documents a receiving party requires. Please confirm those requirements with the requesting institution.
