Information may be shared with the party who engaged the service (such as a title company, lender, signing service, or attorney), with secure technology providers used to perform Remote Online Notarization, identity verification, scheduling, scanning, or payment processing, and with authorities when required by law or valid legal process.

Reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are used to protect information in our possession, including secured devices, encrypted transmission where available, and controlled document handling. Information is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
