What types of notarizations does Ink Bridge Group provide?
Ink Bridge Group provides professional mobile and remote notarial services for individuals, attorneys, title professionals, businesses, healthcare facilities, and other organizations. Services include general notarizations, estate planning signings, real estate and loan closings, Remote Online Notarization, apostille facilitation, and specialized signing appointments.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available throughout Southeastern Wisconsin at homes, offices, hospitals, senior communities, care facilities, and other agreed-upon locations.
What identification is required?
Signers should present a current, acceptable government-issued photo ID. Identification requirements can vary depending on the transaction, so clients with questions are encouraged to confirm requirements before their appointment.
Can you provide witnesses?
Witness coordination may be available when requested in advance. Because witness requirements vary by document and circumstance, clients should notify Ink Bridge Group when scheduling if witnesses are required.
How much do notary and signing services cost?
Pricing depends on the service requested, location, number of signers and documents, printing or scanback requirements, urgency, travel, and other appointment-specific needs. Applicable notarial fees and any professional service, travel, printing, courier, witness, or convenience fees are communicated before the appointment whenever possible.
Can a notary explain my documents or tell me how to complete them?
A notary may identify the notarial act being performed and guide the notarization process, but cannot provide legal advice or determine which legal documents a client should use. Questions concerning the legal meaning or effect of a document should be directed to the attorney, title professional, lender, or other appropriate professional who prepared or provided it.
