Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the scope of services provided by Ink Bridge Group, LLC, client responsibilities, fees, and our cancellation and travel fee policy.

Scope of Services

Ink Bridge Group, LLC provides mobile notarization, estate planning signing support, loan and real estate signing services, Remote Online Notarization, apostille facilitation, and related document execution support. Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability.

Not Legal Advice

Ink Bridge Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. A notary may identify the notarial act being performed and guide the notarization process, but cannot draft documents, select legal documents, or explain the legal meaning or effect of a document. Questions of that nature should be directed to the attorney, title professional, lender, or other professional who prepared or provided the document.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete documents, arranging the presence of all required signers, presenting current and acceptable government-issued photo identification, confirming the correct spelling of signer names, advising in advance if witnesses are required, and ensuring signers are willing, aware, and able to sign. A notarization may be lawfully refused when these conditions are not met.

Right to Refuse Service

Ink Bridge Group may decline or discontinue a notarization or signing appointment where required by law or professional standards, including incomplete documents, questionable identification, apparent coercion, a signer who does not appear to understand the transaction, unsafe conditions, or any circumstance that would cause a violation of Wisconsin notary law.

Fees

All published prices are starting rates. Additional fees may apply based on travel distance, printing, scanning or scanbacks, document volume, number of signers, witness coordination, courier needs, wait time, and expedited or after-hours requests. Final pricing is confirmed before the appointment whenever possible. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing with a hiring party.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Fee Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours advance notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, same-day cancellations, missed appointments, and appointments that cannot proceed because required signers, identification, witnesses, or documents are unavailable will be subject to a service fee, and reimbursement of printing or courier costs already incurred. Appointments cancelled by the client after the notary has departed for the appointment location are treated as same-day cancellations. Ink Bridge Group may waive fees in cases of emergency or circumstances beyond the client's control.

Travel & Wait Time

Mobile service pricing is based in part on appointment location and travel requirements. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, urgent or after-hours requests, excessive wait time, parking or access expenses, or substantial changes to the agreed appointment location or scope.

Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization is available for eligible documents and signers only, and is performed through an authorized third-party platform subject to that platform's identity verification requirements, technology requirements, and recordkeeping practices. Eligibility cannot be guaranteed until the document and signer are reviewed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Ink Bridge Group, LLC arising out of any service is limited to the amount of the fees paid for that service. Ink Bridge Group is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, validity, or legal sufficiency of documents prepared by others, or for delays caused by third parties, lenders, title companies, or shipping and courier providers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and services are performed in accordance with Wisconsin notary law and applicable administrative rules.
