How to Prepare
Before your appointment, please:
- Have all documents available and complete except for signatures that must be made in the notary’s presence.
- Bring current, acceptable government-issued photo identification.
- Confirm the correct spelling of all signer names.
- Do not sign documents in advance when the signature must be witnessed by the notary.
- Confirm whether your documents require witnesses and advise Ink Bridge Group before the appointment.
- For loan, real estate, or attorney-directed transactions, follow any additional instructions provided by your lender, title company, or attorney.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours advance notice. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments that cannot proceed because required signers, identification, witnesses, or documents are unavailable will be subject to a service fee.
Mobile Travel Policy
Mobile service pricing is based in part on appointment location and travel requirements. Any applicable travel or convenience fee will be communicated before the appointment whenever possible.
Additional charges may apply for extended travel, urgent or after-hours requests, excessive wait time, parking or access expenses, or substantial changes to the agreed appointment location or scope.
